TS ROBUSTA-panels
For decades, TS Robusta panels have been used as extremely hard-wearing forms for the light building board industry on the basis of cement-bonded wood wool. Depending on the frequency of use the
TS Robusta forms have a life-span of 5 to 12 years.
TS offers the light building industry three basic types:
Sizes, surfaces, and assembly are individually agreed with the customer.
Based on a greater surface hardness of the beech compared with our types of wood the TS Robusta forms are particularly well suited for permanent use in the production cycle. In the case of longer breaks in production, drying up of the wood may lead to signs of deformation of the forms. After irrigation of the forms, e. g. with a water hose, the TS Robusta forms will return to their original state.

Quality control is an important factor for our company staff. Gluing and surface quality are constantly controlled and improved in our own laboratory. And of course all Ts products are low in harmful substances and emission proved and are developed according to the European guidelines.

Production is one thing. Just in time production and delivery another. We supply you as demanded. Complete delivery on a fixed date or delivery on demand as well as individual packing as requested.

- TS Robusta-panels: high-grade floor panels made from beech plywood finished on both sides with a hard-wearing resin film available also with a glass-fibre reinforced underlay film, edges impregnated
- TS Robusta–slats: shape-retaining lateral slats made from beech plywood slanted on one side according to customer specifications, surface of outside slat varnished, impregnated edges, soaked, dried, shaped
- Ts Robusta-forms: assembled forms ready for use (assembly according to drawing released by customer), one floor board screw joined with two sides slats screwing with adjustable carriage bolts as well as Spax screws with round hole countersinking for the carrier
