Moulded plywood is becoming increasingly popular for use in headboards in bed design. Ts has concentrated on this particular over the last few years and can offer you complete, ready-to-use furniture components.
As a rule, headboard components made of moulded plywood are made with segmented floors; you can find a view concerning the different model variations in our model overview (model group 01 “Radius parts”, table ”Segments”).
Ts supplies headboard components of moulded plywood as a ready-to-use- furniture component with individual, custom-made contour millings, middle counter sinkings or drillings, glued-in decorative elements of metal, complete lacquering and even packed in cartons, if desired. Of course TS also offers headboard components in all preliminary stages of fabrication for individual continued manufacturing.
As a special design variation, simple geometric patterns can also be imprinted on the formed exterior side of the headboard component.
